AGM Keynote Speaker Announced
Dr. Richard Frank to speak on Cybersecurity and AI on March 29th
We are excited to welcome Dr. Richard Frank, a leading expert in cybercrime and artificial intelligence (AI), as our keynote speaker. Dr. Frank is a professor at Simon Fraser University and the Director of the International CyberCrime Research Centre (ICCRC). His talk will provide valuable insights into the evolving challenges and opportunities at the intersection of cybersecurity and AI, offering a unique perspective on some of the most pressing issues in today’s digital world.
Another highlight of the evening will be a special address by Dr. Tom Murad, IEEE Canada President. Dr. Murad’s insights and vision for the future of IEEE will be a key part of the event, and his presence underscores the importance of the IEEE Vancouver Section’s work and community.
The Vancouver Section AGM & Gala 2025 will be held on Saturday, March 29th, 2025 at the Element Hotel in Burnaby.
