The Vancouver Section Executive Committee has approved the slate of candidates for the IEEE Vancouver Section annual election. The term for each position will begin January 1, 2026 and end on December 31, 2026.

Candidates are active IEEE members of the Vancouver Section and of Graduate Student Member, Member, Senior Member, Life Member, or Fellow grade.

The election will proceed shortly, and all Section members who are eligible to vote will be notified. Additional details regarding the candidates will be provided at that time.

Eligible members who are interested in running for one of the above Section officer positions may still enter the election as petition candidates. Petition nominees must be active IEEE members of the Vancouver Section and of Graduate Student Member, Member, Senior Member, or Fellow grade. The petition deadline is 15 October 2025 11:59 PM America/New_York.

In accordance with IEEE Bylaw I-307.18, the number of signatures required on a petition for Vancouver Section will be 26.
