Thompson Okanagan Section
The Thompson Okanagan Section serves IEEE members located in the Thompson Okanagan region of BC.
Formerly a part of the Vancouver Section, the Okanagan Subsection was elevated to the status of IEEE section in November, 2024. Additional information about the formation of the Thompson Okanagan Section can be found in this news item.
The Thompson Okanagan Section offers various local programs to IEEE members in the region, hosting events throughout the year.
The section supports several IEEE student branches at local universities, and develops close relationships with local technology and research firms in the region.
