As IEEE Day arrived in early October, IEEE members celebrated around the globe. Members and friends of the Vancouver Section gathered at the Creekside Community Centre on October 1 for our own unique local celebration. The event featured presentations from IEEE Canada President Maike Luiken (over webinar), former IEEE Signal Processing Society President Dr. Rabab Ward, Vancouver Section Chair Bob Gill, and a keynote from Bob Stewart: a past president of EGBC and long-time IEEE volunteer.
