[] The 2025 IEEE Vancouver Section’s AGM and Gala Dinner will be held on Saturday, March 29th, starting at 5:30 PM in Burnaby, BC, at the Element Hotel. One of the highlights of the evening is an exciting keynote presentation by a distinguished local technology leader. Keynote Speaker: Dr. Richard Frank Professor in the School of Criminology at Simon Fraser University (SFU), Canada, and Director of the International CyberCrime Research Centre (ICCRC).
