NOTE: Please note that due to COVID-19, we may face uncertainty related to travel options and restrictions as well as economic impacts. While we are planning for a face-to-face meeting, we are working on the possibility to offer remote presentations for conference attendees who experience travel restrictions.
Please consider that this is different from a “hybrid” or fully virtual conference. The current plan is to have the conference in Vancouver, and have sessions scheduled according to Vancouver time zone (Pacific Daylight Time, GMT-7). Those who are not able to travel to the conference in person will be able to attend sessions remotely. There will be opportunity for attendees to ask questions to presenters via live chat and to present their papers in presentation sessions via Zoom link. The organizing committee is currently exploring different options on how best to achieve this, thus details on how this will work in practice will be announced closer to the actual conference date.
