A featured part of the evening will be the panel discussion: Technology in Practice: Engineering Careers, Innovation, and Real-World Impact How does technology move from an idea to something that creates real-world impact, and what does it take to build a successful career along the way? This panel will bring together professionals with perspectives spanning engineering and industry, entrepreneurship, investment, commercialization, and talent acquisition. Through an informal and practical discussion, panelists will share insights on how technologies move into real-world applications, how engineering careers are evolving, what employers and industry leaders are looking for, and the skills professionals need to navigate a rapidly changing technology landscape. The evening will also include networking, recognition of IEEE volunteers and community contributions, professional and technical engagement, and opportunities to connect with IEEE members across different career stages.
