The IEEE Vancouver Section is proud to sponsor the IEEE Think Engineering 2020 networking event! Students and industry representatives have until January 24 to register.  The event will take place at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre on Friday, 31 January 2020 from 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM PST. IEEE Think Engineering 2020 is the thirteenth edition of an annual, student-led event that aims to bring engineering students and industry members from across the lower mainland together for an evening of professional development and networking. The event is organized by the IEEE UBC Student Branch in coordination with the IEEE branches at SFU and BCIT. Students will be given the opportunity to build communication skills, expand their professional networks, and meet with innovative technology companies at Think Engineering.

Industry representatives from diverse sectors such as energy, electronics, and software will be present at the event. This year’s sponsors include BBA, MDA, VARD, Hatch, Teradici, and Tetra Tech. Representatives from Intel, BC Hydro, and Apex Motion Control will also be attending.
