Call for Volunteers

Dear Fellow IEEE Vancouver Section Members:

Are you ready to get involved in the many programs and activities of your IEEE Section?

This is an open call for volunteers to participate in the Vancouver Section.

The section is seeking interested volunteers to serve on the various Section Executive committees, in our Technical Chapters and in our Affinity Groups.

Please check the current 2021 Section Executive Roster for a complete list of committees, Technical Chapters and Affinity Groups. Some of the vacancies include:

Student Activities
Advertising & Publicity
Membership Development
Teacher In-Service Program (TISP)
Web Content Editor
Webmaster

All of our Technical Chapters and Affinity Groups encourage interested members to get involved.

We are also seeking qualified candidates for Section Officer positions, particularly Section Secretary. The Section Officer positions require a nomination / election process – please contact the Section Chair for more information if you are interested.
