IEEE Vancouver congratulates Dr. Mukesh Nagpal, P.Eng. on his recent elevation to the grade of IEEE Fellow.

Dr. Mukesh Nagpal is a Senior Member and Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Power and Energy Society (PES), Adjunct Professor at University of British Columbia, a professional engineer in the Province of British Columbia, and Fellow of Engineers Canada.

Dr. Nagpal was one of 10 Canadian IEEE members named to the 2022 class of IEEE Fellows.

The citation for Dr. Nagpal reads:

“for contributions to economic and safe integration of distributed renewables in electric utility
networks”

IEEE Fellow is a distinction reserved for select IEEE members whose extraordinary accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest are deemed fitting of this prestigious grade elevation.
