Summary:
 

IEEE Vancouver Section invites students to submit posters showcasing senior design, course projects, or research. Selected posters will be presented and judged at the 2026 AGM.   Cash prizes totaling $1,000 will be awarded.
 

Who can participate:
 
Open to electrical engineering students (individual or team submissions). Projects in engineering and computer science aligned with IEEE technical areas are welcome.

Poster presentations (selected submissions):
 
Selected posters will be invited to present at the IEEE Vancouver Section AGM & Gala on March 28, 2026.  Live demos may accompany poster presentations.
 

Limit per university:
 
Up to 3 posters per university may be submitted/accepted for presentation.
 

Poster requirements (for presentation):
 
• Size: no larger than 36 in × 48 in
• Resolution: high-resolution posters
• Content: title, author name(s), abstract/summary, and visuals highlighting methods and key results
• Printing cost: participants are responsible for printing their posters
• Originality: submissions must be original. Plagiarism and copyright violations will not be accepted.
