About the Summit
The summit was a one-day event on August 4th: a total of 3 talks, 1 workshop, 1 discussion panel, and a few keynote speakers from our major sponsors. The talks, panel, and workshop (45 min. each) targeted topics around the following pillar areas: professional development, continuing education, and mentoring. There were also two networking events the evening before (August 3rd) and morning after the conference (August 5th) to provide attendees the opportunity to foster their professional network in a relaxing atmosphere.
