Mahsa is an experienced data science leader with a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and over 8 years of experience in developing and deploying data products, managing teams, and leading data-driven initiatives in various fields such as engineering, science, automation, and insurance. Mahsa possesses strong leadership skills and can lead medium-sized teams while mentoring and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Mahsa has experience in identifying and understanding business needs and translating them into data products through a thorough understanding of the industry, business processes, and customer needs. Additionally, Mahsa is a dedicated volunteer at IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) and have taken various leadership positions to promote the entry and retention of women in engineering programs by organizing events and webinars, collaborating with WIE staff, and initiating programs to recruit and retain members.
