Craig has been in the information industry for 20+ years. He has conducted research in libraries at engineering, law, and management consulting firms, as well as providing client support and platform training for various vendors of information. Craig has a Master of Library Science from Rutgers University and has served on the board of the San Francisco Bay Chapter of the Special Libraries Association (SLA).
